Great staff. Makes it all easy!

The yard is run on a totally professional way which was what I found during my couple of trips. In particular Jennifer, though looks tough outwardly, but knows her job pretty well and was very co-operative. Couple of staff like her will make the City wonderful to deal with.

Always appreciative for having a Dump local to us I find it well organized however, like many others, I am filled with "dread" when making a trip there. The young woman sitting in the box is NOT an easy person to deal with; her approach is of a controlling, obnoxious manner which my husband and I find distasteful. I bite my tongue every time I am there reminding myself that I am only needing to "deal with her" all but for a brief few minutes. Yet the manner in which she speaks to people is rude...as if they don't have a brain in their head! To this end, she does NOT represent the Town surrounding good Public Relations!!!

I went there twice this summer. Different people both times..a man and a woman. Both lovely people with different personalities and ways of getting the job done. I've seen the poor reviews here but honestly, this is not a glamorous job so be respectful..if you drive in there already annoyed because its taking too long and you're in a hurry, you might get some push back and deservedly so. Be nice.
