“This location is beginning to get under my skin. The staff are often short and impolite. They have a horrible habit of shutting down their friers 30-60 minutes before closing, remaining open and so refusing to make most of the menu when you order. A problem which is compounded by the fact that they have made the baffling decision to close at 7 pm. Even on a bloody Saturday. It's like they don't WANT money. If you have NY alternative to get your fried chicken fix. Pass this one up. Seriously. For shame.”

“When we ordered, they told us it should be approx 45 minutes until our pizza was delivered. 45 minutes later, we received a phone call from the owner apologizing as he only had one staff member and was very busy. He told us our pizza would be another 15 minutes and offered us free dips to make up for it. The pizza came shortly after. It was hot, and perfectly cooked and delicious! Thank you for making it right. I would absolutely order from 241 again. Things don't always go as planned. They offered great customer service and great food!”
