“AMAZING!!! 10/10 definitely recommend! The new owners are amazing! We stayed in the motel and it has enough room for our Baby girls bassinet right beside the bed! The room is so clean and even had pots for us to use when cooking! We stayed for a week and I can say we had an amazing time! Thank you so much Jen, Karl, Chris, Florence & Raven for making our stay such a memorable one!”

“Fantastic experience. Karen helped us find the right trip for our teens level, walked us through what to expect and was accommodating. To her credit, the trip was the perfect level, they were challenged, felt accomplished, were well fed and had fun. Erik's love for the area and infectious enthusiasm is what brought us to Temagami outfitters. If you have anyone on the fence, just have them talk to Erik. The guide also sounded like he was a perfect fit for the group. He was very experienced and shared his knowledge of the terrain and area, which the group appreciated.. and these are teens. The learned more survival, paddling and portaging skills. Excellent experience - Thank you!!!”

“We visited this park for the first time from Toronto and we really enjoyed our stay there over the labour day long weekend. The park staff are welcoming and friendly and super helpful to get you any info you may need. The park itself is beautiful and kept very clean. The campsites vary in size so be sure to read the site descriptions carefully so you’re not surprised or disappointed. The washrooms and shower facilities are kept clean as well so no worries there. The park is located right by the lake so there is a nice docking area to launch a boat, canoe or kayak or just fish from the dock if you like. The park has a few beaches but they aren’t big at all but still work to take a quick dip in the crystal clear lake to cool off if you like. The camping here is awesome and we really enjoyed it. People in other reviews are right with the slight noise as the park is near a main road and lake that has motorized boats and seaplane access. As you can see with my 5 star rating it did not bother us at all as the road noise was minimal and the seaplane was cool to watch the couple of times it flew a day but the morning takeoff was quite the wake up alarm some days that gave us some good morning laughs when we woke up late. If you’re looking for absolute remote camping silence it might not be for you. Campsites are kinda close to each other but everyone was very respectful so we had a fantastic time there and I absolutely would come back again someday.”

“I spent one summer at the temagami site, and another at the outpost site in 2002 and 2003. This camp was hands down the single most important and formative experience of my childhood. Spending weeks at a time in the remote wilderness of northern Canada living in a tent and traveling 10-15 miles a day, eating fish, cutting firewood, and learning how far you can push yourself is a magical experience. I cannot recommend this enough.”
