“The staff are welcoming, friendly and Shelley did a complete test then took time to explain what it all meant. If possible I'd give them 10 Stars out of 5!! I bought my previous aids 3.5 years ago which started falling apart well-before they should've. Had many problems with them. I will only go to Hometown Hearing from now on. They even offered to clean my old aids even though they're not working well. My new aids work wonderful. Good quality, and my daughter says the color is very modern. If anyone's in the market for new hearing aids and excellent service.. I would highly recommend them!”
