“My mom really wanted to purchase a guitar, she went into the store not knowing much about them- leaving with so much information & happiness! I phoned Bob and told him I'd like to purchase it for my mom and asked him what the best one for her would be etc, and he took time out of his busy day to explain everything to me. My mom then went in and left with a beautiful guitar! Bob even put brand new strings on it for her, and sent her on her way! “Really nice Sport Chek. The store was clean and the staff were very friendly. We were looking for something specific and had 2 different sales associates work with us. They even helped when we were being indecisive on the item we wanted. (It was in stock, there were just different flavours). Once we made our decision, the checkout process what quick and easy. There are only 2 cash registers so lines can form but they do try to get to you as soon as possible.”
