I got Ian to come in a fix a sewage pump in my basement which was installed incorrectly on my rice lake cottage. Not only did he fix the sewage pump but he also fixed all the discharge piping the vents, and installed check valve, ball valve and insure the washing machine has its own separate P trap. He went above and beyond and was extremely professional. He even wore shoe guards. 100% there is no other plumber I'd rather call. He does his work to code so you can be assured it's done right. Thanks Ian i will keep you on speed dial !

I moved into an almost 100 year old house with my children and decided to update the bathroom upstairs as it was worn-out and very tired looking. More importantly my son, who is unable to walk, had to drag himself over disgusting floors and use a tub that was rusty and peeling and a toilet that had seen better days. Pollard's Plumbing was recommended to me by our roofer. Ian Pollard is not only professional but very knowledgeable, fair and extremely patient. Whoever did the bathroom previously clearly did not know what they were doing and took alot of shortcuts ie. no p-traps, etc. Mr. Pollard was able to rectify the situation in a timely manner so that it was done properly and so that it would not cause us any issues in the future. I am very pleased with his work and highly recommend him.
