We decided to use JD heating and cooling for the install of an AC unit. They were very professional and came right away to provide a quote. Chris and James listened to all our questions (and we had lots) and scheduled us in with a 2-3 week wait time which was fantastic. After our unit was installed; it started showing some issues - the team at JD came back several times and did everything they could to ensure we were happy. They ended up replacing the unit; no hassles or anything. VERY professional and customer oriented. Were very happy with our experience and will be recommending to anyone who asks. We had some AC issues but these good guys sorted it out
The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. The technician was also very pleasant, I definitely recommend this business. We recently had dealings with Dows climate care and we're very disappointed. JD was able to fit us in within hours of my call. Very happy!
