I went to Mary for Hypnosis during the third trimester of my first pregnancy. I was nervous about labour and a few other life changes that were in full swing at the time. Mary helped me to truly relax and reminded me to trust life again. My labour went very well: I was able to breath through contractions; bare with the sensations; and most importantly, I believed I was safe. I know that my time and work with Mary made all the difference. I would recommend her to anyone that is seeking aid during their pregnancy, specifically when preparing for labour.

Mary taught the Hypnosis course very well and in great detail. Very clear and easy to understand. A lot of practical use of hypnosis. Always a recap. Everything was provided for the course. I would highly recommend Mary McCandless to anyone interested in taking the hypnosis course.

I suffer from white coat hypertension and hate hospitals. I was about to have surgery and was beyond nervous. My treatment here was amazing.
