“My first experience with Alison was over 20 years ago. I had booked for reflexology; but as my nervous system responded to the pressure points, my whole body was shaking and we shifted to a more gentle "energy work" type of session. We did some breathing, visualization, and worked together to let my inner wisdom come forth. Since then, I have continued to see her during many "crossroads" of my life, and we work very spontaneously - trusting that my body knows what needs to be "released" and "revealed." Over the years treatments have evolved and often include sound (I call it "toning"... and would describe the sound vibrations and a way to recalibrate my energy).
