Excellent friendly service

I worked primarily with Stephanie through the buying process and then when my glasses came in Kathy adjusted them for me. Despite it being Covid, it was an extremely smooth process and (despite being extremely busy) customer service always came first for them. I was SO pleased with the positive attitude and helpfulness of the staff, as well as the cleanliness of the location. Props to Cobourg Pearle Vision for an excellent experience buying new glasses! Will return in the future.

I’ve never had an optician take the time that Stephanie did to explain my vision concerns so thoroughly or find the perfect pair of eye glasses. I found the eye pad presentation helpful also! I’ve since recommended to many friends!
