Been there twice now and both time got helped by very friendly Team(!) staff!
Especially the second time for infant passport picture Jacqui was very friendly and patient to get this done.
This is a customer experience far beyond average and even more than what we would have expected!

Doesn't carry a sufficient amount of phone cases. Staff were "meh" at best.

I was in your store last week Thursday or
Friday looking for a certain ball point pen.
A very nice middle age lady came up and asked me if I needed help. I explained that I wanted a pen like the one I had in my hand and she took me right over to the area and helped me find the exact pen I was looking for. She needs to be recognized and has great PR WITH CUSTOMER. I am sorry that I didn't get her name. You are doing well at the store trying to help the customer. Always a pleasure to shop at Staples.
