I had the best experience with Joice -Sweanor Appliance and will buy from them again not to mention recommend them to others. I am from Whitby and called many local places looking for an upright freezer. All the places I called were telling me the wait time to get one could be 6-10 weeks. A family member who purchases from Joice-Sweanor all the time recommended I call them. They were quick to respond to my message on the Friday and my freezer was delivered on the Monday. Our contact was Joe and he was extremely helpful, professional and really accommodated our needs. He checked in with us to make sure the deliver time met our schedules and then again when we received the freezer. The delivery was on time, reasonable, considering they are in Port Hope and the team brought it in the house, set it up and were willing to take the old one away. What incredible service!!
