Andrew and the other Tournament Organisers were very helpful and friendly when I came by for an event. In addition the community was incredibly welcoming last weekend for Pokemon SC and VI pre release. Amazing memories were made. Andrew Rowe is one of a kind. He has helped me and my family out many times. His store is amazing. I have helped him a few times at the store, but never have I sold anything to anyone at the store.
