(October 13, 2020, 10:56 pm)This team really goes above and beyond for their customers! I really appreciate the help getting my car in order after hours on a moment's notice from a new customer. I would have been in a pickle if this didn't happen:
I got home from work and heard air hissing out of my tire from a piece of metal it picked up. It was just before 5:30 (which when they close) and I was calling frantically to try and find a place in Cobourg that would still be open, after finding out Canadian Tire and Walmart were overbooked.
I finally called Goodyear one mi ute before they closed and without hesitation they said they would stay late for me!
Once again, it's much appreciated and I will definitely be giving them my business from now on!
