When I lost my job and desperately needed to find new work Jackie had me come in the next day to update me WHMIS and the day after I started working. She works extremely hard for her flaggers and I understand that when the company doesn't need us there isn't much she can do. It is still frustrating, but she does try her hardest. She will reach out to other crews and our sister offices in other cities to try and find us work when we tell her we need more hours.
