Matt is super great overall and reasonable. His overall service helped me in deciding to keeping my fixed gear moose bicycle even after a defect. So happy he is my main point of contact even though I have to drive 1.5 hours away.

I’m on a long distance bike ride across Ontario. I arrived at the shop at 4pm after nursing a tire that was losing air all day. Even though it was closing time, Matt gracefully stayed with us for another 30 minutes or so to ensure we had the tools and supplies we needed to add fresh sealant to correct the leak.
