“Just wanted to take a minute and share my positive experience I had with the staff of Harris Boat Works / Marina. I was on Rice Lake boating with my family when I had some mechanical issues with my brand new boat. I was towed into Harris Marina and immediately greeted by the most welcoming staff who immediately jumped into action to assist me and my family. Tony Van Steijn and his team of young assistants were very pleasant and accommodating. Turns out the repairs would require the removal of my boat from the water to perform the repairs to the steering mechanism. My Truck and Trailer were parked at Hastings Marina the other end of the lake. Tony offered to personally drive me there as he was completing his shift. Tony drove me 35 minutes out of his way (Each way) to help me out of a bind. I was so impressed with the way the entire staff were so friendly to my family when I went to pick up my vehicle and trailer, in fact they wouldn't even let me pay for the use of their boat launch to retrieve my boat onto the trailer? Class act all the way! Service experience with Harris Boat Works / Marina and Tony and his team of young gentleman was amazing!
