A few weeks ago my boyfriend and I hit a deer with my brand new 2015 Cruze, and the car was dropped off to them through insurance. I found the staff were very friendly and had a professional attire and attitude. Truly love how they work with their customers, and get the work done quickly and also are completely honest with their customers. I am/was going through a rough spot and they worked with me which was very nice!
I cannot say enough about Lori the person who provided me the estimate for repairs for the bumper on my 328d. From the estimate through follow up conversations and finally turning my vehicle back over after the repairs were made, Lori was by far the most professional and service focused individual I have had the pleasure of working with. The repairs appear to be top notch and I would certainly come back, however I would rather not. Thank you again.
