“Due to a recent winter storm, I had to cancel our rust proofing appointment at another company. A couple days later, I called to rebook with the other company, they couldn’t get my truck in for 4 weeks. Therefore, I looked online and found this place. When I called here, I asked if there was any way they could fit me in since I was off work to care for my dog that was undergoing an intense surgery. He immediately fit me in the same day. Then he asked, when was my dog’s surgery? I told him it was happening as we spoke. He then asked when I needed to pick him up. Once he heard the time, he mentioned they could fit me in a bit earlier so I wasn’t rushed trying to make it to the vet. Insert gratitude here! This was amazing! As for the service completed on the truck, I was very happy! They left the truck clean and did a great job (which I also appreciated because my Tacoma is my baby lol). Overall, incredible customer service! They went above and beyond to help me out in more ways than one!”
