Jon came to service our furnace yesterday & and quick parts change today. He was super friendly, very polite and had a great sense of humour! He was also very knowledgeable and made everything easy to understand.

Roberto is totally amazing. He has walked us thru purchasing a new heating system for our house, answered our many questions and has informed us every step of the way, where we are with respect to the job. You can't go wrong with this man. Jeff and I highly recommend him.

Pritchard's Climate Care recently provided excellent service in two ways. They installed a natural gas-fired on-demand water heater and serviced our furnace (annual clean and tune up - my words). Both were done well. When you call them there's no press 1 for this, 2 for that, then wait. Quick friendly service. Two thumbs up to Brandon for the annual service call this week.

John came to our house. He was very nice, friendly and did an amazing job cleaning and fixing the fan on our fireplace.
As well as fixing our furnace until a new one is finally installed next week.
Their pricing is extremely reasonable and they are willing to work with you for payment options etc.
We used them years ago for a temp fix for our furnace that lasted 3 years until now lol! Keep up the great work guys! Thank you
