Sandra from Vitalaire Port Hope is welcoming and knowledgeable. She helped me figure out how to protect my tubing from my curious cats. I have been able to demo a couple of brands and types of CPAP masks. This year during Covid, she was able to send me some equipment directly to my house very quickly.

My experience at the Port Hope VitalAire facility was the best ever. Sandra listened to my situation and gave me clear and effectual instructions. Sandra set me up with my machine and I had the best sleep I'd had in weeks. I'm a VitalAire customer for life!

In the beginning Sandra fitted me expertly for a comfortable mask, and listened carefully to my needs before suggesting the right machine. I work full time and also love to camp, so I needed one that was quick and easy to clean and could be battery operated. All of my questions were answered patiently and clearly.

Over the years we have dealt with replacement parts and repairs. All have been handled accurately, promptly and most pleasantly.
