I was told that my 10 year old Central A/C system in my business(which is in a renovated barn without windows) and kept failing, would need replacing with a new system and that the plenum on the furnace would have to be rebuilt to accommodate the new larger air exchanger...I started looking for options. I spoke with Ken and the next day he came down with Mike to assess the situation. A couple of days later the doorbell rang and Mike and Luke were already at it. 15 minutes later the system was back up and running, and I mean FIXED!
So I thought I'd take a chance on the house. The A/C there hasn't been operational for over 15 years. Today, Luke and Luke showed up discovered a chewed electrical cable, fixed it , powered it up and were as delighted as we were, and showed it which was touching, that the system still worked perfectly!! So they cleaned everything up, and put the system through it's paces. They noticed that the thermostat was old and not accurate at all and replaced it with a new one at a minimal cost. Then they came over to the studio where I was working to let me know that both systems were working perfectly. Smiles all around! Very friendly, informative and polite young men all around! I'd give them 6 stars if I could.

This company and its employees were a life saver in our new build. They were all professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond for us, I cannot thank them enough.

I have used Kinetic Energy on two occasions and am extremely happy. They do great work, show up as agreed and are friendly and helpful.

In addition, they have shown to be able to push the envelope technically with my recent installation of a heat pump.

When we arrived here 15 years ago, the first trades people we encountered was Kenetic Energy Ltd. We had baseboard heaters but my wife and wanted propane. Ken and his group responded and since then we have had a great respect for his work and his crew.
