“As the account manager at Geco Industries, regarding : Ms Quinn, her generator is 8 years old. All service calls were pre-approved before dispatched. The monitor in question is no longer supported by the manufacturer, Generac. The generator is fully operational and there is nothing we can do to correct this accessory. Unfortunately the fees listed are grossly inaccurate. Ms Kustor's generator was neglected. We arrived to find it not only frozen but under water and frozen in a block of ice. Being an electrical device, we recommended a insurance claim as repairing such a unit would have been an exercise in futility. No one would ever rebuild a flooded car for example. Mr. Beno, We simply requested, payment security before dispatching a technician and he refused. At Geco, we strife to always serve our existing and new customers with their best interest at heart. We apologize if these customers feel we did not meet those standards.”
