(August 13, 2019, 6:55 pm)Near impossible to drink through the given straws. No matter what I do (ie. clear the straw out and try a different area, stir it, etc...), their straws collapse in on themselves when trying to drink it (it's tasty though, I hesitated to give a 1 star as a result, but when you can't even eat/drink what you bought, that's pretty bad...). Went back and asked if there was a bigger straw, or one that was stronger, or even a spoon, but no dice. I'm not sure if they are not blending for long enough or what, but with this having happened the past few times, and having already reported the issue to them several times, I won't be going back :(
Update! :). Found from someone else they have a ‘double blend’ option — trying that now...

(April 24, 2018, 3:17 am)Great location but with this great location comes crazy traffic. It's not always busy but you'll have to get lucky with the lineup.
