Reprodux

I was recommended to Reprodux by Ryerson University and am happy to have found one here in Ottawa. The staff and service have been absolutely fantastic - safe and efficient and reliable. I am happy to share my experience with Mike and Tomas:
*the store is closed to customers
*I call the store from the parking lot to let them know I am here and for what type of service
*the staff come out to the parking lot (snow or rain or shine) and retrieve the documents from my car for copying/scanning/emailing, etc
*the staff call from inside once the service is complete and take payment over the phone
*the staff come back out to my car and drop the original documents, etc. back into the trunk of my car

Mike and Tomas always greet me with a wave and a smile and leave me with a wave and a thank you. I am so happy to have found them!
