The staff when I've been there have always been really helpful. I bought a set of pedals once there that weren't labeled as the smaller than standard style they were. Called to explain and they let me swap them out for ones that fit, no hassle. That's all I can really ask for!

Whether it's parts for a vintage ride, fixing an uncooperative internal gear hub, or advising on the best and last bike pump you need (that will outlive you), Cycle Power is my go-to. And if you visit, it will quickly become yours, too.

Brought in my bike for some pretty big repairs and they still managed to have it done for me within half an hour and prices were all around great. Service and quality are exceptional. 👍

Rock solid guys working there. Knowledgeable and always friendly. Go out of their way to make a customer happy. My wife and I bought higher end hybrid bikes like many others during COVID. Taken them in a few times to get fitted appropriately- more importantly so my wife can ride comfortably. Trip today to get the handle bars raised. Scottie is amazing! Highly recommend this place.

Been taking my bikes here for the past 4 years, when I moved to West side of Ottawa. Service has been a bit pricey but always excellent. Their suggestion are always correct. These guys know what they are doing.
