(May 20, 2022, 2:13 am)As first timers embarking on a major renovation of a 1950s era home, Jay was super helpful with guiding us through the process. He was very collaborative and provided many design options and visualizations. Our project had hiccups during the build and Jay was there to advocate for us with the general contractor. We made some bold last minute design changes that at the time made others shake their heads, but Jay’s comment “if you do this, it’ll be in a magazine” assured us it would work out. In the end, we learned a ton on the project with Jay, received many comments from passersby, and the house did end up in a magazine.
(May 19, 2022, 10:20 am)25:8 Architecture helped us design our coffee shop and we love it. They worked on a tight budget and made something amazing out of an old garage! The team was so collaborative and creative. Their work was so inspiring we asked them to design our second location. We can not say enough great things about them!
