There was a man there doing very sad Peows and Meeps like he had lost something special. It seems he will be sad for a very long time...

This may be a very small part, but it is much appreciated in the neighborhood. It is quiet as it is far enough away from Elgin to cut out most of the noise, and it has a few little park benches to sit out to read a book or indulging other activities. Many people use it as a small dog park, in the neighborhood even decorate it for special occasions.
