Dow's Lake Towers

I have been here since September, and I have nothing but good things to say about management and the superintendents. They have been kind, accommodating, and courteous, they are very quick to respond to email and phone calls and they are also very quick to accommodate anything that might need fixing in the apartment.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Melanie, Denise, and Jackson amongst other staff members at Dows Lake Towers, and they all went above and beyond in helping me with everything that I needed to make my stay more enjoyable. They really made me feel at home and it has been a pleasure staying here for the past 5 months.

I've been here for a month now and I can honestly say it is a clean place, management is good, and the location is wonderful. The big reason I am giving it only 3 stars is the noise. Noisy cars zip down this street, people sit in their cars out front and blare their music, you can hear absolutely everything in the hallways, and I am certain people can hear inside your apartment very easily as well. If noise isn't an issue for you, then this building otherwise is just fine.

Excellent management staff. Very accommodating and supportive. Dog friendly and sound proofing is good. The only slight suggestion is the building condition is not great and in need of new appliances and repair.

Great place to live, great staff, quiet, and for the location the price is amazing!

A great place to live. A wonderful management team and a dog friendly building. Close to Commissioner's Park and The Dominion Arboretum, with public transit in many directions right nearby. Little Italy and The Glebe are our neighbours to the East and West. Need I say more?
