Greg has been my personal trainer for almost 2 years now and I have always felt welcomed, heard and if you are looking for a tailored program to suit your needs/goals and more I highly recomend! We have worked together though short term and long term goals as well as injuries along the way. Greg has always been as accommodating as possible, while holding you accountable with regular check in emails. He is great at keeping you motivated along your individual journey!
