I struggled for a long time with a bunch of other trainers. I was always given rough nutritional plans and cookie cutter workouts. I got a truly tailored experience here and had all my macros given to me and explained in great deal why they the numbers they are. Very knowledgeable!

I am beyond happy with my personal trainer Daryl. He is amazing! He took time to assess where I was and how to move me forward without injury or set backs. Only one month now, and I have more strength and flexibility! Daryl is a professional who exudes heath, beauty, and brains and I’m so fortunate she is helping me on my journey to better fitness and health.

My personal trainer at A Foot Above has fixed my lower back, made me strong, gave me more confidence and put my on the path to lose 20 lbs and 2 inches off my waist. I've been going twice a week, for 30 minutes each session. And I can work out there in street clothes.
