Syd answered all of our questions in a timely manner which we really appreciated, he responded quickly and is able to clearly articulate information in his writing and communication skills. We also felt very comfortable with Syd and Luc in our home, they got right to it , were friendly, personable and have a great sense of humour. Above all, the workmanship is impressive. Our 35 year old kitchen maple floors look like new...incredible! The dustless process is not a gimmick....there was absolutely no mess in our home and no pervasive odour either. Sydney and his partner sanded, stained, and put 3 coats of protection on our living room, dining room, and a hallway hardwood floors adjacent to 2 other rooms, all of which had been done many years before. They matched the colour and sheen of the adjacent floors perfectly and did so efficiently. The sophisticated, HEPA-filtered sanding machines left no perceptible dust. An outstanding, reasonably-priced job. Highly recommended.

Very impressed with the work done to remove v-grooves in floor other companies refused to take on. The results are beautiful and the house is almost completely dust free. Astonished by how clean everything was. The job was done on time and on budget. Syd is very personable and knowledgeable. No problem recommending this company.
