“I made a reservation at Pinto Valley ranch for a sleigh ride. Unfortunately after several attempts, due to covid the ride didn't work out. Tracey was just superb to deal with and provided excellent service through the whole deal, despite the bad news. I really look forward to visiting all of the things that the Ranch has to offer when things are back to normal.
