    Dr. Kristy is warm, knowledgeable and very professional. She meets the patient where they are at on their health journey and truly listens. Her approach to lifestyle medicine is practical and doable. I highly recommend Dr. Kristy if you want good guidance for your health issues.

    Dr. Kristy has been my Naturopath since 2008! She's been my Naturopath for 14 years! She has an incredible depth of knowledge, and alot of wisdom. I find I get more than Naturopath treatment/support - in each of my appointments, its like I get life coaching advice. She is empathetic, intuitive, professional, and so kind! My health has improved immensely due to her support.
