East Ottawa Dental

I’ve found my new dentist! I loved walking into this new practice. Aside from being greeted by Iya who was wonderful, it has a beautiful waiting room with a coffee machine and waters, a lovely little kids are with books about visiting the dentist and toys. The staff was fantastic, and Dr. Snob was thorough. The things I appreciated most were that he took the time to explain things to me, he referred me to a specialist and rather than charging me for a new set of pano x-rays, he asked me for consent to get my latest scan from my previous doctor. I’ll be transferring my entire family to this practice.

Had a great experience on monday with Doctor Zbib and his team, everyone from the receptionist to the doctor were incredibly nice and helpful. Loved that doctor and assistants treat each other with respect and loved the receptionist's attitude. Super recommended.

Last week I chipped my teeth in half and needed to fix them before going into work the next day. I showed up to east Ottawa dental in the morning with no appointment and they weren’t even supposed to be open that day. They took me in and fixed my teeth very quickly in between other appointments when they were already busy. They then booked me a follow up where they polished up my teeth to make them look perfect, free of charge. The whole staff is very friendly and make you feel welcome and comfortable. I live downtown and will now be driving to east Ottawa dental from now on.

I recently visited East Ottawa Dental for a check-up and cleaning, and I can't express how impressed I was with the entire experience. From start to finish, this office exceeded all of my expectations.
My dental hygienist was an absolute professional, not only incredibly skilled but also very gentle and attentive to my comfort. She took the time to explain each step of the cleaning process, which made me feel at ease.
Dr. Zbib is a true expert in the field. During my examination, I was impressed by the level of care and attention to detail that he provided. He answered all of my questions and took the time to discuss a personalized treatment plan, addressing my concerns with expertise and empathy.

East Ottawa Dental is hands down the best dental office ever! From the beautiful and inviting environment to the thoughtful amenities like beverages and a TV on the ceiling in the rooms, they really go above and beyond. The staff and dentist are incredibly friendly and accommodating. I felt so comfortable and well taken care of. I'll definitely be returning without a doubt!
