Train Yards Dental Centre

Love this place.
My sister and her 2 boys have been going here for years, that's how I started going.
Even though I live out of province now I always come back to Ottawa to see Dr. Da Costa. His whole team is great, very professional attitude and always happy and willing to help.

The only issue I had recently was that the website is blocked if your outside Canada.

So while I was on a vacation I needed to get a tooth pulled. I tried to make an appointment for when I returned but I couldn't contact them. The email reminders they send out only linked to their webpage, I tried googling their email but it wasn't listed. So in the end I had to leave a message on their FB page in the hopes they will see it. In fact an other patient saw it and mentioned it to reception and they emailed me ASAP and worked around my flights.

One of the best dental offices I've been to. The staff are very friendly and the dental hygienists are very informative and professional. Would highly recommend.

Being an adult can be hard and making time for yourself can be even harder. I had put regular appointments and refilling old fillings to the back burner. When making the appointments I was happy with how flexible they were to accommodate my busy schedule and felt comfortable even though I knew I was over due. We were able to get me up to date and am happy to have one more thing off my to do list! Until the next cleaning of course.

I have always been scared of going to the dentist. I have had extensive work done over many years and have always found going to the dentist an unpleasant experience..This is no longer the case....I changed to the Train Yards Dental Center a couple of years ago in order to have an Dentist closer to my home address and am so glad that I did..My trips to the dentist are now a pleasant experience, from the moment I step into the waiting room til the moment I leave....Treatment is painless, every one takes the time to be pleasant and explain things fully and Dr Da Costa has to be the best Dentist that I have ever been to..I am so glad that I made the change and I advise anybody thinking of finding a new (or first )dental practice to try the Train Yards Dental Center.

Amazing clean facilitates and open late to accommodate people after work. Excellent hygienists, welcoming receptionists, and great dentist,. Couldn't be happier with our choice in dentist.
