Really friendly and knowledgeable staff, vast supply of hard to find stainless steel fasteners. Overall very good quality products. Will do business with again.

I ordered some fasteners online for my bicycle. Good service and communication. They offer to ship small items by lettermail, which really cuts down on shipping costs.

I ordered a single part for a project I was working on. First Call was the only store to carry what I needed, and they were very quick to process and ship my order. They followed up after the sale to make sure I had received my product, and given how little the part cost, this impressed me. If they follow up on the small sales, they must follow up on the large ones as well. I would not hesitate to purchase from First Call again.
