It's too bad most people only write reviews when they are upset.

I ordered an item that the seller rushed to me using Dicom. The package sold from London and arrived the next morning. I want home so went to pick up the item at their warehouse.

Christine, the lady who helped me over the phone and served me at the warehouse is an absolute star. She was polite and personable and very helpful. She had told me to call later in the evening to check on whether my package was off the truck from that day's run. Instead, when the driver came back, she called me to let me know! And I was able able to get my package at 5pm instead of 7pm.
