Frankie's Nashville Hot Chicken

I have ordered from this place a few times. The food can be good, but it's inconsistent. The sauces and spice level are different. The last time I ordered the sauce used was completely different (some ghost pepper sauce or something) and not at all what I was expecting. Sometimes it's not even spicy or missing sauce.

Decided to try this last night after hearing good things. Chicken strips are so good! Definitely better than Popeyes or KFC. Took one star off because they forgot the coleslaw which I was excited to try and one of the strips was quite small. Dips are tasty and the curly fries are as expected.
Update: I have tried to call and order again. They do not answer the phone for 2+ minutes. And I am not calling during their peak hours. Last time they tried to tell me to order through Uber. I don't have ubereats, hence why I called! When I showed up for my food, staff were standing around chatting and laughing but nobody came to help. They seem to hate customers.

The flavour of the chicken sandwich is great and the amount of chicken was generous. You get a good amount of chicken with every bite! The only thing is the bun was not just toasted but blackened. Surprisingly, the coleslaw was a standout. I'd order again just for a side of that!

Ordered via Skip the dishes but for pick up since you can’t order directly. We had two of the classic chicken sandwiches and they were delicious! Generous amount of chicken, crispy and the chicken was cooked perfectly.

Would definitely return!
