I am really happy with the customer service I received. I’m actually extremely impressed!

I was so excited for my appointment and I was not disappointed. As the reviews say, the wait time to see the doctor was long, but I didn't mind at all as I had no other plans for the day, I also had a private waiting room (didn't have mask) that had a TV with Netflix and the super friendly receptionist keep checking on me and brought me tea(s) - coffee was an option too. I found the wait very relaxing and it was nice for me to just sit and relax and enjoy some time all to myself.
Once the doctor came in he introduced himself and I found him to be extremely kind and had a very calm demeanor. He thoroughly examined my face/neck. Explained what he thought about the treatments I had booked for an offered me information about other procedure that could help other concerns I have. He explained what they were, how they differed, offered an estimate of how many and was upfront about what they would cost. At no time was he pressuring me or trying to upsell.
I have had injectable's done elsewhere over the last decade, and I thought I was extremely happy with them, but after my appointment today I feel like the office I had been going to was gouging me and probably charging me for more units then they were actually injecting.
Could not have a higher recommendation.

My experience at this clinic has been a good one. I am very grateful for Doctor BELANGER! He has helped me Enormously. My pain today is so much more manageable! The staff is friendly. I sometimes wait an hour but it is worth it. Thanks Doctor BELANGER for all that you do and giving me my life back!

Dr Mathieu is very thorough with his patients. I am very grateful to have him as my doctor. Also, the chiropractor working here is just as great working with me. Front staff are always smiling & ready to help me in a timely manner. Thank you Inovo Medical team!

Excellent service! great staff, very friendly! Respecting all safety measures! Dr. Matthieu Belanger is a wonderful Dr. He takes his time in explaining every single step that he is doing. Great results so far in all the cosmetic treatments that I have. As well as treating my neck pain and stiffness that I suffered from for months.
Highly recommend this place for pain treatments and medical cosmetic service!!!
