Lunetterie i Optical

10 stars, I cannot recommend them enough!
The most friendly and welcoming staff. I am new to wearing contacts and the eye doctor made my experience so seamless and easy. I went in knowing nothing about contacts, she educated me, answered all my questions, helped me through every step and made me feel so comfortable!
They worked flexibly with my timelines and were very accommodating.
It was a very genuine experience!

I had purchased 2 pairs of glasses at a major corporate store. I was never happy with the prescription and I was constantly told I would get used to it. I never did and I never used the glasses, and instead bought reading glasses from the pharmacy. I went to see Naina, who knew what I needed and had Dr. Noel do the examination. She was able to put new lenses (2 different prescriptions)in the old (new but not used) frames. I didn’t need time to get used to them and used them right away. I would highly recommend to anyone to have your eyes examined and purchase your glasses here and I know I will be back in the future!

I highly recommend Lunetterie ioptical. I must say, over the years I’ve been to so many different eye doctors and I have never had such personal one on one experience as I received at Lunetterie.

Dr Naina is by far the kindest and sweetest doctor but also exceptionally professional. She made me feel so genuinely welcome and special.

There was a wonderful selection and she was so patient with me as I tried on so many pairs of glasses.

I also love that this is a family run businesses. Her daughter greeted me when I arrived and her husband was helping out in the back.

Such a great place to go for optical needs.

Dr Naina always takes the time with me to go through all my needs and I never feel rushed. You can tell she loves what she does. Knowing she was educated as an eye doctor makes me feel even more at ease.

They have a huge selection of designer which I love.

Nowadays with so many options out there, the client experience is more important than ever and Lunetterie seems to really understand the true meaning of this.

I highly recommend them and can’t say enough positive words about them.

This clinic is amazing. Its clean and spacious. Their frame collection, equipment and service are top notch. Naina, she truly puts her heart into helping everyone pick the right frame and her follow-up care for each patient is wonderful. She always makes sure her patients are happy.
