Love the way in which my Doctor,(Barnes) is more apt to try anything natural or changing of removing certain aspects of my life before even prescribing MEDICATION. As many Physicians who have seen me.automatically suggest anti depressants or anti anxiety.to overcome my panic..worry..fears..etc..But in actuality Excercise
.healthy eating and managing.sugars/caffeine. And having a consistent 7-7.5hrs of sleep ..slowly removed alot of my anxieties and I'd say cured alot of what I assumed was depression..I'm finally taking something to maintain my moods..and not only have I found 'a cure' ..but D.Allison Barnes referred me to the ONSITE PSYCHIATRIST (who is so relaxing/ and proffessional) to reassure her diagnosis of having a mood disorder.and prescribing me a mild mood stabilizer .I feel ALIVE for the first time in years..I feel like I've won the lottery to have found my Dr.because I FOR THE FIRST TIME HAVE BEEN 100% HONEST ..BUT ITS BECAUSE I FINALLY ...FELT HEARD..AND FELT OF IMPORTANCE ..U NEED TO CHECK OUT THIS OFFICE..AND IT ALSO offers a 'client -doctor' PORTAL whereby the client can ask their Physican direct health related questions prior to a visit or in order to not need a visit for a simple question..The best clinic in Ottawa

I have nothing but good things to say about South Ottawa Medical Centre. My husband and I have been with Dr.Brulotte for nearly 6 years. Now three children later, they are always available to see us when sickness hits. Today I called with concerns about illness in our home, the nurse listened to all of my concerns, noted everything, spoke to a doctor and promptly called me back with an appointment for the same day. The staff are courteous, the nurses are alway kind and patient with our kids. I feel lucky to have found a doctor and clinic that we can trust for the entire family.

Beautiful and clean clinic. Plenty of staff. Pharmacy is attached to it so literally you walk 30 feet from the reception to pickup any prescriptions or product. Dr Brulotte was efficient and quick and friendly and so were all nursing staff. They provided great care to our boy. Would recommend.

Dr. Spence is super friendly! He has been our doctor for 7 years and we have been so happy to have him. He is great with children and down to earth. He gets straight to the point but doesn't make you feel rushed or not important. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. The nurses are great with children.

I've been a patient for awhile now and, quite honestly, I'm very happy with my choice. I am able to get appointments when I need one, the staff manages the calendar effectively so the wait (in office) is minimised. And last, but certainly not least, I'm very confident with the abilities of my doctor and others I've seen here. If they are accepting patients, act quickly so you don't miss an opportunity
