Rachel Marcotte Physiotherapy

Rachel is an incredible physiotherapist. I have seen many physiotherapists over the years and can confidently say that Rachel has been the best fit for me. After my first treatment, it was clear to me that Rachel is highly educated, specialized, and experienced. I especially appreciate her ability to assess what I need and apply the appropriate treatments, like dry needling, cupping, manual therapy, or exercises. Rachel also has calming and compassionate energy, which are always welcome, especially when I am dealing with pain. I am very grateful to have found her!

I definitely recommend Rachel because she really knows what she's doing. I've been going to her for all my injuries and back pain. She assesses you and create a plan that works for you. I've tried multiple physiotherapists in Ottawa and Rachel is the best one. I haven't seen another one since!

I was seeing Rachel for a chronic hamstring issue and she was great! She did a combination of needling and soft tissue work and it fixed it right up. I was back to running and working out way faster than I had anticipated. Would definitely recommend.

Great expereince - I highly recommend Rachel - she is both thorough and knowledgeable.
I saw her for General Physio for post exercise injuries and neck strain from work. She did some lymphatic work and acupuncture which helped relieve stress and tension. In my case, I liked her approach to treating pain points and her suggestions for preventative care. Conveniently located. I found it easy to book through her online booking system. 5/5!
