(July 18, 2021, 11:22 pm)I have been considering a paddleboard for a few months and we came across TimberTown. We were hesitant about inflatable SUPs but took a chance anyway. We have NO regrets and ended up purchasing 2 more for our family.
It pumps like a dream. With my kids "helping" me, around 6 minutes. I haven't timed myself alone but I'd guess less than 5 minutes. Deflates quickly too! The material feels nice. We find it stable, even when we have a kid with us. The backpack is nice and easily holds everything even when you don't perfectly fold the board. It's light enough for carrying around to the beach/lake, even for my 8 year old to help.
Finally, the customer service is why you should purchase from these guys. Sunday night, 7pm, I had run into an issue and they responded super quickly and I know that they take this seriously. I highly recommend!
(July 16, 2021, 11:26 pm)Super happy with my new board which came quickly from ON to BC. It is easy to inflate, very fun to use and I love the look and feel of it on the lake. Steve answered a couple of newby questions right away to get me feeling like a pro. I’m in love with my Timbertown paddle board and HIGHLY recommend this company and product. Fun times ahead!!
