Very good impression of the owner who came (after the installation) with another person to pick up the old tanks and did not hesitate at all and helped with lifting the new tanks (really heavy) and sliding plastic floor trays under the tanks. One of the tanks had to be disconnected and reconnected in the process. This was something that took extra effort and extra 10-15 minutes of their time. They did that even thought it was something easy to say no to. Thank you for doing this!
Too early for comments on the equipment but so far the water is nice and soft.
