“When we had to have a windshield replaced through insurance, our insurance company referred our claim to this business. Barry Bird was our contact and he was phenomenal! He was polite, efficient, knowledgeable and genuine. He is an installer as well, with decades of experience. I had complete confidence in Barry's skill and care. From the shuttle service to the detailing, the service is better than was expected. Sadly, the day I got the car back, there was a crack that formed while it was sitting in my driveway. I called Barry right away and he immediately apologized saying that normally doesn't happen, but that it would be covered. I arranged to have it replaced again later that week. As a consolation, they had applied Aquapel to the brand new windshield gratis! I was tremendously appreciative of the high level of service and customer care. I would highly recommend Barry and his team for all of your auto glass replacement, detailing and car care needs.”
