They are always super patient and kind with us, which is amazing when you have 3 young and busy children and!! And they really know their stuff, always recommending just the right pair of shoes or boots for our needs. They have also been great with helping us with shoe repairs, most recently with a pair of my daughter's dress shoes where she pulled off the button that held the strap in place.
