I love my Pilates classes with Sandra. She is very knowledgeable and makes the classes very exciting and unique. She frequently changes her routines to keep things interesting. The class is a great balance between strength exercises and stretching. Her instructions are very clear and concise, making it easy to follow. I feel great after all of her classes. I highly recommend Sandra for Pilates.
Criss Cross Pilates is exactly what I needed in a time when I didn't know what I needed. Sandra has created a safe, calm and welcoming place to learn and practice pilates for any level, beginner to advanced. She explains the moves, the benefits of the moves and always provides modifications. As a beginner I felt very welcome into Criss Cross and always looked forward to the next class. Sandra is a great instructor and extremely knowledgeable about pilates and health & wellness. I recommend anyone looking for a great pilates instructor to give Criss Cross Pilates a try.
Great clean welcoming place. When I first started Pilates I was anxious that I would not be able to do the movements and that I would be discouraged and embarrassed leading to quit attending Pilates. However at Criss Cross Pilates with Sandra I have had a positive experience. Sandra is very good at demonstrating the movements as well as explaining what we should be feeling. Sandra also gives modifications to the movements so you are able to progress at your pace. Sandra is attentive and caring , she will customize classes if you say my body feels tense and tight she will ensure to incorporate lots of stretching into the work out. During Covid she had virtual classes through Zoom and would also send recordings so you could do your own home work out when you had some downtime. I would highly recommend Sandra and Criss Cross Pilates to anyone at any level from beginner to advance who wants to strengthen and tone their body.
