Great workout. Parking is usually never an issue. Medical business does get grumpy if you park too close to them. Change rooms are small.
Been a member for many years and love their workouts! Great team, great energy and the owners always make you feel welcome. Would recommend trying them out at least a few times if you're looking to change up your workouts or to get fit!
I've been a Greco member for almost 5 years now and I attend classes at least 4xs a week. I didn't begin exercising or caring about my fitness level until I hit my mid 30s but that didn't matter; the classes are tailored to accommodate any fitness level and I've always felt comfortable at any of the locations. I mostly go to the Stittsville studio and the trainers are top notch. Two huge thumbs up!
