“Hands down , the BEST experience I have had while getting pierced .. and I have had MANY piercings / gone to many different places and studios over the years. Catalaya is professional and kind from the moment she opens the door actually from the moment you contact her. She makes sure to give you all information needed / instructions before hand and ask all the right questions. When arriving , the space is clean and ready and BEAUTIFULLY decorated. You have a waiting room separate from the piercing space which adds a great sense of security. Everything was CLEAN and sterile, the jewellery was organized for viewing and many different options so you weren’t limited. The piecing itself was quick and painless (everyone will have a different pain experience) but she spoke you through everything she was doing from the moment you walked in until you left. Not only did I feel safe and comfortable, she took amazing care of me and listened to exactly what I wanted / suggested many things! All in all it was a beyond amazing experience, I have already told soooo many people about her and won’t stop. Not to mention I will be going back MANY more times to get more piercings done. Would recommend to anyone !!!!”

“Wonderful product; I love my new glassware from Whiskyglass.ca Ordered a few pieces from them recently. (4x cut glencairns, mixer, pipette, brush and cloth.) All pieces are beautifully crafted and feel like they're of great quality. Packaging is very nice as well; I've been storing the glasses in the box they came in, both for protection and that "wow" factor when you pull it/them out. I placed my order for pick-up, as I was going to be in the Ottawa region at the time. Although they didn't appear to have a retail space, picking up my order was a breeze. Very happy with my purchase.”

“I was looking for a basket but most places were too pricey for me or had too many items (not all items would suit the recipient well). Then I found this store - they let you pick your own items. Obviously, that was the win for me - I was able to choose which specific items I wanted, and also keep an eye on the $. The individual item descriptions helped me figure out how to pair things (I also used some gift baskets as a guide). I was expecting to have to pick it up, but they delivered it for me by the day I requested! They also printed out my entire note with the basket (I was worried it was too long). Finally, of course, the basket looked so lovely! Thank you so much.”
